Refund Policy

1. No Returns or Refunds

  • Final Sale: All products sold through Reno Deals are final sale items. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any products once a purchase is completed.
  • Why This Policy? Our goal is to ensure we offer quality products and thorough product descriptions so that our customers can make informed purchase decisions. This policy helps us keep our processes efficient and streamlined, allowing us to deliver high-quality service.

2. Damaged Product Reporting

  • Damaged on Arrival? If your product arrives in damaged or defective condition, please report this to us within one day of delivery.
  • Reporting Procedure:
    • Step 1: Take clear photos of the damaged product showing the issue.
    • Step 2: Contact our customer service team within 24 hours, either by email at renodigitalstudio@gmail.com
       or by phone at 075 650 2175.
    • Step 3: Attach the photos of the damage along with your order number and details of the issue.
  • Important: Damage claims made after one day of delivery will not be accepted. We kindly ask customers to inspect their items as soon as they receive them.

3. Policy Limitations

  • Non-Eligible Issues: No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted for issues arising from incorrect usage, accidental damage, or general wear and tear.
  • No Changes After Purchase: Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
